It is very difficult to indicate and give information for each of these. Hence, I would advise you sincerely to approach an institution which processes applications or advices students of the steps involved in seeking admission in an university in US. Hi Rajesh, Chances are good. Though your CGPA may be slightly below a competitive range it seems you have good profile. Try to add more extracurricular and achievements if you have. Your GRE score is damn good. The sooner you apply, higher the chances of acceptance and also may be scholarship. Try to apply by the first round of deadlines.

Hi there,
According to my knowledge, as you will clear your backlogs, your percentile will automatically increase. Furthermore if you wish to choose CS branch for your Masters you should have 75% in your B.Tech/B.E and a score of 315 or more in GRE if you want a renowned college. Still, you can aim for a good score in TOEFL so as to cover up the rest.
Good luck.

Hello,
Most of the B-Schools in India accept GRE scores and their cut-off varies a lot. So, it mainly depends on the tier of school you are targeting.
