To pursue MS from a foreign university, you would first need to clear your backlogs, unless mentioned otherwise. Your work experience and scores in GRE are fine.

Hello,
GRE is taken to pursue Masters in USA. Different universities have different GRE score requirements, generally a score of 315 and above is recommended. You can register for the GRE here:

Hi,
You may if you have cleared the backlogs and overall percentage after clearing all the backlogs is decent. GRE is not required in Australia and it depends on the university if it will consider your GRE score or not. You should start applying to the colleges, you will get admission or not, this cannot be answered by anybody and will depend on your application package and profile.

Hello Umashree,
For doing PG in aeronautical engineering, you need to have obtained a degree in the same branch. Also, for the entrance exam, you need to clear paper related to Aeronautical engineering branch. But if I may ask, why change from ECE? I feel this too is a great branch with lots of opportunities.

Hi, 310 is a decent GRE score. Apart from that you must also check your academic averages, your overall profile will be evaluated, your project work, extracurricular activities, SOP, LORs, etc. Different universities have different requirements so shortlist accordingly.

Your GRE score looks good, but if you have 10 backlogs then probably engineering is not a good choice for you. You might be good at many other things, but certainly not engineering. Why do you want to pursue engineering only? There are many other higher education options in Canada which you can pursue. Also, most of the good universities won't consider you unless you give them a "passed" transcript for all subjects and semesters. I'm talking about good universities. If you really have some good projects and high quality work experience you can give it a try though.

The word best is very subjective. The individual needs vary from person to person. You have to see which institute suits your need the best!
There are a few popular ones in Bangalore such as Crackverbal and GREdge. I would recommend you to attend free workshops and Demo classes organised by these Coaching centers and see which one you like the most.
Some of the factors to keep in mind would be the Teaching Methodology, Quality of Faculty, Support Options, Course Fee and the Test Series they offer.

Hi,
Unfortunately, no. You may get considered for a scholarship if you are bright, a full scholarship if you are extraordinary.

Hi Mallikarjun,
Scholarships to study abroad are given by the universities on merit basis. Your application will be considered by default when you apply and if you have a very good profile you will have good chances. A very high GRE score will of course help.
