Hi Lakshmii,
Not every university in Canada requires a GRE score. You have to check the university websites for entry requirements accordingly.

GRE is a pre-requisite to get admission in most institutes offering admission in MS (any branch). However, there are institues which offer admission into MS based on marks obtained in undergraduate field of study. You need above 710 score in GMAT. If you are opting for GRE nothing less than 315 is what I would say.
