Hello,
GRE is the aptitude test for admissions into a masters degree program mainly in the United States. You have to register and schedule the test through the website: www.ets.org/gre
Check the same website for syllabus and test pattern.
Good Luck.

Hi,
It is hard to predict until something comes in writing. Till now international students are doing fine and things are very normal at least on the education front. Difficulties may arise when you look for a job, however, there are always opportunities for talented people. Your target should fit with India's requirement for work or work elsewhere. Getting a job permanently in the USA may not work out.

Hi Prateek,
If the university is recognised by UGC, you have all options available to you as for regular courses. So, go ahead and take your GRE. Just see that rest of the eligibility criteria are also fulfilled.

To pursue MBA abroad, you must go for GMAT or GRE exam as most of the international colleges are covered in GMAT and also various institutes in India also consider GMAT. GMAT scores are acceptable in the maximum number of countries.

Hi Vishnu,
Which college will admit you is very hard to answer. You also did not specify the country. You can check the university websites for admission requirements. They also mention the average GRE scores of admitted students in recent years so you will have an idea.

Hi Viren Singh,
You don't have to take GRE and SAT at the same time because SAT is for UG course and GRE is for PG programs, these tests are mainly for USA. So, first you decide what to study and then appear for the exam.

Hi Aman,
It's very hard to say which university you will get admission in. Admissions are based on the university's selection criteria and the student's profile. If they like your overall profile one of the top 20s may take you in. Check university's websites for admission requirements and average GRE scores of admitted students in the civil engineering MS programmes in last years. Your SOP, LOR and also extracurricular activities, project work, etc. will be scrutinized. Check this:

Hi Amit,
GRE is also accepted by business schools abroad and is not limited to GMAT. So, you can apply with GRE. But, with this score I don't think good universities will be found.
Below mentioned are some average universities:
1. Alabama University.
2. Colorado University.
3. Pace University.
4. Wake Forest, etc.

Hi,
The GRE score is not the only parameter to decide your admissions. Hence, most of the universities do not specify any scores and it also depends on what specialization you are looking for.
