Hi Pulkit,
Out of these three colleges, IIFT is the best option to pursue UG in interior designing. You can also go for IILM School of Design (Gurgaon) if you are looking for a good college in Delhi/NCR as this is also one of the top colleges in India for interior design.

In every aspect, IILM-Gurgaon is better. For more information, you can visit both the campus and talk to 3-4 students and take feedback you will get your answer.

Yes, you can. There are lots of colleges who offers part time MBA courses. I don't know about the good colleges in Bangalore and Gurgaon but in Pune our college Department of management science Pune University (PUMBA) has an course called Executive MBA where lots of working people do their MBA. Actually, they had classes at night about 7 PM and its a 3 year course.
