XAT 2025 was held on the first Sunday of January 5, 2025. The exam date was officially announced by XLRI Jamshedpur on July 15, 2024. The announcement was made at the XATONLINE website. The exam was held in 110 cities from 2 pm to 5:30 pm. Candidates were required to fill the online application form before the deadline to be eligible to appear for XAT 2025. 

In order to get 100% scholarship students need to meet the minimum eligibility criteria. The minimum criteria is 93% aggregate in Class 12. However, students need to qualify Class 12 from CBSE/ISC/State Boards. Similarly, candidate who scores 88% in Class 12 exam, they can avail 50% on-Admission Scholarship. Simultaneously, candidates who secures 80% can avail 25% of scholarships. 

Candidates are shortlisted based on the entrance exam or merit-based as per respective courses. The university offers more than 15 courses in various streams such as Engineering, Science, Management, etc. The mode of study of the programme is full-time. The university may accept CUET entrance exam scores for various courses. Students are selected at Amity University Gurgaon based on entrance exam or merit-based as per respective courses. The basic eligibility for UG courses is Class 12 whereas, graduation is required to apply for PG programmes.

The total tuition fee for BA is in between INR 1.7 Lacs to INR 10.9 Lacs as per an unofficial source. Aspirants are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. Admission to BA course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. The university also accepts CUET UG score for providing admission to BA course. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled.

Yes, Amity Gurugram provides direct admission to candidates fufiling the below-mentioned criteria:

• Candidates must pass Class 12 (CBSE/ ISC/ State Boards) with at least 80% aggregate for direct admission to UG courses. Aspirants eligible for direct admission get exemption from the entrance exam. Selection will be only on the basis of Amity Application Form
• Aspirants with at least 70 percentile in CAT/ MAT exam are eligible for direct admission to MBA course. Such candidates are exempted from entrance test and can directly come for GDPI round.
• Direct Admission will be offered to BA LLB, B.A. LL.B. (Hons), B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons) and BCom LL.B. (Hons) based on CLAT score of 90 and above, subject to meeting the Minimum Eligibility Criteria prescribed for the programme.

NOTE: 1. Direct Admission based on Class 12% is not applicable for the programmes of Architecture / Design / Education/ Fine Arts / Fashion / Law and Physical Education.

The main qualifying requirements for candidates to sit in the NTA JEE test are as follows:

There are no minimum or maximum percentage requirements to take JEE Main. To get admitted to NITs, IIITs, and other CFTIs, candidates must have 75% in class 12 in addition to a valid JEE Main rank.  
The candidate must have passed class 12 in 2022, 2023, or be scheduled to do so in 2024.
For Paper 1 (BTech), candidates must have Math and Physics as required subjects in class 12.
Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in class 12 for Paper 2A (BArch), and Mathematics in class 12 for Paper 2B (BPlan).
