Will you be able to do Part Time Engineering or Evening classes? Those are options you have in engineering field. I would have suggested AMIE, but it is not recognized by AICTE. IGNOU on the other hand provides B.Tech in Civil Engineering only, so that is not in equation. There are many colleges in Delhi that will give admission to working professionals.

I think, to pursue MBA in India is the best option because we have a lot of good B-Schools which gives us enough scope for growth and strengthen our position. Below mentioned are the top 10 institutions in our country:
1. FMS-Delhi.
2. IIM-A.
3. IIM-B.
4. IIM-C.
5. IIM-L.
6. IIM-K.
7. JBIMS.
8. SPJIMR.
9. MDI-Gurgaon.
10. XLRI.
To get admission in the above mentioned colleges, you have to go through a series of exams like CAT, XAT, IIFT, CMAT, NMAT or SNAP and also an excellent percentile, then you will receive calls for the second process, i.e. WAT/ GD/ PI and if you are able to impress them, then you are in.

If you get a chance then you should go for sure to pursue MBA from this institute (IBMR). The Institute provides excellent facilities with good infrastructure. It has a tie-up with various Institutes to provide an excellent education to the students. Placement records are good, case study on fortune 500 companies, stipends on internships. Do some research. Try finding the intake process and the quality of candidates they admit in their courses. Hope this may help you. Feel free to ask if want more information.
All the best!
