Firstly, apologies for the late reply. The ROI is almost same for both, but Welingkar fares are better than GLIM over placements. IBA, Bangalore is better among the two in terms of placements for marketing. It has good placement records as compared to IILM, Gurgaon and Asian Business School. IILM Gurgaon and Asian Business School are same in ranking. You can also compare colleges through below link.

Yes, the admissions in Amity are direct. There are basic formalities on interview but ultimately everyone gets admission unless the class 11 marks were really low.

Yes, you can get admission very easy. These are private institutes with very high fee though they have limited seats. But the rush for admission is not so high due to high fee structure.
