The topics that will be covered in the entrance exam are:-
1.B.A (H) political science UGC model syllabus.
2.General knowledge and current Events.
3.Constitution government and Politics in India.

After completing B.sc you can apply for M.sc in physics. And your eligibility is depends on merit of this university.

Normally speaking, one can do MA in a subject only after completing graduation in that subject. This is so since one needs to have a foundation in that subject before embarking on post-graduation studies. Therefore I think you will not be eligible for admission in MA in a different subject than your graduation subject.
