I will try to be honest here. See, I have also been selected as a cyber-security analyst role in a reputed accounting firm, I will not name it. I am having a B.Tech in electronics. If you have an interest in IT go for it and there are options for cyber security analyst out there but if you want to dig deeper into that field B.Tech isn't sufficient, you have to go for higher studies. Cyber security roles are generally not provided to freshers easily. There are not many entry-level jobs in cyber. Though the field is emerging and demanding. Depend on where you want to place your career, Hope following information will help you:
1. M.Sc. CS will be good if you want to take academics like teaching /research. Job options :- Colleges, educational institutions, TIFR, DRDO, BARC etc.
2. MCA CCNA Will be good if you want to get into hardcore coding/ programming. Job option: Infosys, wipro, Banking & insurance sector, government organisations etc.
3. B.Sc. CS will not be sufficient, you will have to do further specialisation, like C/C+. VB, Java etc.
