To get MBA in Hospital Management at G H Raisoni University Saikheda, you must:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised University with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates).

It seems that without clearing TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test) you cannot join a government MBA programme in hospital management in Tamil Nadu. The highlights are:
TANCET is a compulsory exam required for admission to MBA programs including clinical management in government colleges in Tamil Nadu
