HNBGU Pauri Campus has postgraduate (PG) and UG (undergraduate) programmes to students. The HNBGU Pauri Campus courses are given across the Zoology, Law, and various other streams. At the undergraduate (UG) level, the available programmes are BSc Chemistry (225 seats), BA, and others. At the PG (postgraduate) level, the available programmes are MSc, MA, and others.

Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University - Pauri Campus was established as a state university. HNBGU has 3 campuses, namely Birla Campus with its extension at Chauras Campus Srinagar Garhwal, B. Gopal Reddy (BGR) Campus Pauri & Swami Ram Teerth (SRT) Campus Badshahithaul, Tehri. Out of these 3 campuses, the Birla Campus with its extension at Chauras Campus Srinagar Garhwal, is the main campus.

HNBGU Pauri Campus is yet to get ranked by any ranking body. The institute is trying to make the necessary changes to get approved by the top organisations. In 2025 also, the college submitted the NIRF report for ranking but nothing happend. With constant growth in placements, infra, and others, the college hopes to rank in the coming years.

The average package for B.Sc students at Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University - Pauri Campus is INR 2.5 LPA. Basically, it's a 3-year course and it remains the same for B.Com and BCA too. The packages vary as you change the course time if it is 4 years, then you will have INR 2.4 LPA. It was in 2023.

Yes, the cutoff for M.Sc at Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University - Pauri Campus is released. There is some eligibility criteria too which you need to fulfill. In M.Sc. in Chemistry you nee to have 45% in your graduation. In, M.Sc. in Agronomy you need to have 45% if you are general/obc/ews and if you are sc/st then you can have 40% in your graduation. In M.Sc. in Biotechnology requirement is to have mathematical/biological Science with the required marks.

General cutoff trends include: Minimum 50-60% in PCB group in 10+2 for B sc Forestry and Horticulture and minimum 45-55% in PCB/PCM group in 10+2 for B.sc General.
