You have to give competition exams like CAT, XAT, CMAT and on the basis of scores you get, you will have to select the best colleges available with scores you achieve.

As per your query and understanding, according to me, you can think of Hindi Journalism or simply in Mass communication & Journalism programme. Through that, you can enhance your skill and knowledge to get the growth and even you can think of Hindi (Hons) in Bachelor degree and then a Master degree in Journalism.
