I would request you to get in touch with the alumni of the college and consider what they think about the institute. Every institute has it's own course specific fee structure. In order to know the exact fee it would be always advisable to browse through the official website of the institute where you wish to apply.
The Training and Placement Unit of the Institute is responsible for providing world class job opportunities to the undergraduate and postgraduate students after graduation for suitable jobs in the industry and various private and public sector organizations.
No institute can guarantee you placements. It's just purely based on how you utilize your abilities and skills at the right time. I would suggest you to contact the training and placement department personally for accurate numbers.

This is very normal for students of your age to find out their interests, good thing that you have almost figured out. Follow your passions. If you are not into numbers you need not pursue a career in account and commerce. A career in teaching is respectable and have bright prospects. I myself am one. After you complete your MA History think of pursuing a degree in Education and further do a Ph. D which will give you inside out perspective of teaching. Explore higher education abroad too, UK is a good option. In India, you can pursue B.Ed through distance learning too.
