Hi,
The minimum eligibility criteria for the course is 10+2 in any stream. The cut-off is not disclosed by the college hence you need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
I hope it helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck.

Yes Hari,
It is taken into weightage during the shortlisting process, but however it does not mean that all candidates who have a HoA will be rejected, since there are other factors affecting the same admission process.

Dear Rohit
Career options for students who have finished their graduation in history are quite high. They can go for advanced studies or get jobs. Those who would like to pursue their studies can go for Master's degree in the same field. Students can also appear for the UPSC or the state wide PSC tests. They can also appear for the SSC tests. Those who like the teaching profession can get the B.Ed (after BA) or M.Ed (after MA) degree and apply for teacher or lecturer positions. Many other job options are available too. A few include:
Archivists

Your arrears will be 8 as you have cleared 5 out of 13, and if you clear all the backlogs within the degree duration, it is perfectly fine but if your degree duration is extended due to arrears then it might cause some problem.

Hi,
You might get into a tier -2 Universities, if you had arrears (Backlogs) but have cleared them. However, if you have not cleared and still have arrears, it's not possible to get admission.
I hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck!

Hello Pranay,
By reading about your profile and the grades you have secured it is unlikely that you will face any problem. Your health issue was something out of your control and universities understand as long as they are genuine problems and as long as you can justify your stand. I cannot guarantee admission in a top university, so you must apply with a strong statement of purpose and letters of recommendation. I will suggest you to apply with positivism around.
Best of luck for your future.
