Let me tell you that after BA, MA would be like an icing on the cake but you have other options like you can go for MBA, LLB and can also go for civil services like UPSC as you have mentioned that your elders asked you to pursue mass communication. Let me tell you that here comes the point of getting confused as students get confused. A student should either listen to what his/her elders say or do what they want. So, let me tell you, do what you like because you have to decide your future what you want to become. You have done your PG in human development and you have done B.Sc in home science also and apart from that you have done B.Ed also so there is no problem at all, you can teach geography and history to not only 8th and 9th but you can teach up to the college level.

After completing your graduation with BA History, you can go for civil services exams conducted by UPSC. Other than this, you can go for PhD to pursue lecturership which is also a very decent and well-paying job. For this, you can do Masters in History and after that, you can go for UGC NET exam.
