All the faculty members are good in this college including the CSE department. If you want to get details of faculty members present there, go through the website www.hetc.ac.in

In case of infrastructure, I would like to say that HETC has a lush green campus, where you can enjoy Wifi anywhere. The library is stacked with sufficient amount of books for the students. The department laboratories are well maintained and above all the faculty members are really helpful and they guide the students carefully in classrooms. HETC also gives soft skill training to all students from second year itself to prepare them for placements (both on and off). The canteen is also good along with the staff.
Regarding placements, I would like to say that more than 60% students have been placed. And many of them have got more than one

First of all, Hooghly Institute of Technology is a different college. It is a government Diploma college, but HETC is a government aided degree college, so I am not quite sure about the placement records of this college.

I am sorry but you cannot get admission in any course of engineering. You need to complete your 12th with science (namely physics chemistry and mathematics), then only you can get admission in any branch of engineering. If you are studying arts you cannot pursue engineering.

placement in mechanical engineering is good.the faculty is also very good.but its my advice not to see the placement details of any college.rather focus on ur subject and make ur concepts strong.dats the main purpose of providing the technical education in the college.u r bound to get a good job
