Hi,
Hotel management is majorly training on kitchen, front desk and other aspects of a hotel and hospitality is the term used for an industry based on hospitality(dealing with people) - Hotel, restaurant, pub, night clubs, travel agents,airlines, cruises,resorts etc.So hotel management is part of the hospitality industry.
Hospitality is an integral part of hotel industry. Hospitality has also been a part of services industry. You are eligible for both if you score 65% in Your undergrad.

You can get job after tourism in the field of tour & travel department as well as airport.

Primarily, both these terms are interrelated and forms part of the larger tourism industry. However, Hotel Management is more specific to the Management of a Hotel, Resort or Food & Beverage establishments .Hotels can be of different star category. There are five star deluxe hotels, four star, three star, two star and one star hotel in India as classified by The Hotel & Restaurant Approval & Classification Committee (HRACC). Hi Debasis,
Both the courses are the same, but they have different names. If you look into the course curriculum, you'll realize that it is 85-90% same. So, why you want to get into the job market a year later and pay fees for an additional year.

Hi,
After completing B.Sc HHA, you can work with any hotel, resort or cruise based on your interview skills and performance. In regards to government jobs, there are a few approaches. Since, this is a graduation course, you are eligible to give the state level exam for postings (such as MPSC, etc.).
You could apply for a job in hotel run by a state level or union level tourism department (Such as GTDC, ITDC, etc.). Since, they are hotels run by the government, working with them can get you a government job as well.

Hi Alex,
You need to study for at least 18 months (At a post graduate level) and work part time during that period in any province in Canada. (Quebec would require you to be fluent in French as well). After completing this time period, you will be eligible to apply for PR.

Basically, both are almost same. You can either go for hospitality management or hotel management, but hotel management is a much better option as you get a chance to make your career in the tourism industry too.
