Hi Tihom, With 49%, its not possible to study abroad. You can check countries like Russia, Czech republic etc but generally less than 50% is not accepted.

The 3rd semester is already 2nd-year. Do mean will you be able to go ahead with the next semester? Yes, you will be able to, however, you need to clear the back in the coming semester.
