Yes, you can apply. The minimum qualification required for B.Ed course is Bachelor of arts (BA), Bachelor of science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of commerce (B.Com) form a recognized board/ university with at least 50% marks. You need to appear for an entrance exam conducted by the various states and independent educational bodies and universities for admission in various teaching institutions.

Colleges doesn't provide Masters degree. They provide skilled based graduate certificate or diploma and they usually are of 1 year. But if you wish to study for 2 years in Canada to become eligible for 3 years of past study work permit, then enrol yourself in another course after year. This is called 1+1. This will also enhance your skills in this industry with dual certification.
