Yes, you can. You will find some aspects of the course easier and tougher than a science student. Accountancy is one subject you will have an advantage over science students and it is an important subject for the course. But there are also certain subjects such as food science and nutrition, that you may find difficult than a science student, but they are minor subjects and not as major as accountancy, which will be a subject that would be present for the entire course most probably.

One should not restrict themselves. There are various jobs directly related to your degree: you can apply for accommodation manager, catering manager, event manager, hotel manager, chef, fast food restaurant manager etc. There are various options are available after your degree in hospitality and hotel administration. You can do MBA in marketing or HR management or hotel management, lean operations and so on.

I suggest you to take Diploma in Culinary Arts that will emphasize your learning about cooking art. You will learn various arts used in Cooking and learn various cuisines. The basic of everything related to culinary is taught in this course. As this industry is based on experience, I suggest you to do things more on practically rather than theoretically. If you are a person who loves to cook, and serve food to the guest in a very creative way and a person who is ready to innovate foods to influence the guest. Trust me, this is the right industry for you to sustain. All the best.
