Recent years NIMAS has very good placements for hotel management. The highest package offered was 5 LPA and average package is 4.5 LPA. The college maintained good relationship with several prominent hotels like JW Marriott, ITC hotels which provides internship and job opportunities for candidates. More than 85% students placed every year.

There doesn't seem to be any ranking by the Council of Education and Development Programmes (CEDP) for Hospitality Management at all, neither is there any ranking globally that can be found that includes the institution. The most known rankings are mainly of the countries like Switzerland, the UK, and the US; Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne from Switzerland and Cornell University in the US always top hospitality education.

While not always mandatory, a degree in hospitality and tourism management is beneficial, but also it depends on the role and the size of the business you are going to apply the job for.
Especially for entry-level roles like customer service, front desk, or food and beverage service. However, a degree can be very beneficial for advanced-level roles and positions.
