A hotel reservation system is software used in the hotel industry to manage room inventory rates and bookings Also called a central reservations system CRS it may be housed within the hotel's property management system PMS or may be standalone software connected to the PMS
A reservation system though it might sound like a tool used at the reception desk is actually an online piece of software that enables guests to book their own stays online and pay for them using a secure portal.

2. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your exam.
3. Things such as smart phones, books, and bags, etc. are not allowed in NIEM exams.
4. Cheating is strictly prohibited, and you will be expelled if you get caught cheating.
