'culinary college' None of the IHMs are culinary colleges in the sense they have hotel management as a course offered and culinary arts is a small part of the hotel management course. IHM Aurangabad offers a dedicated culinary arts degree which is much more intensive also the Hotel management course at IHMs are 3 years whereas IHM Aurangabad is a 4 year course.
