There is no massive difference between the two. It depends on the university what they name their course and then on employer as what he asks for the eligibility. The best option is to pursue the course from the best possible college as there is no significant difference between both. If you are still confused, pursue BBA instead.

Minimum requirements:
The candidate should be above 18 years and below 20 years of age, as on 15th August of the year of the commencement of the programme. The candidate should have attained a clear pass in class XII as on 1st July of the year of the commencement of the programme, from a board recognised by the Indira Gandhi National Open University, India.
