After doing nursing, you will be stuck to just one field that is medical. But, if you do BBA then you can go for MBA or job or entrepreneurship. I don't think that there is any course by the specified name you have asked. But, there is a course on tourism and hospitality. I think fees would be around INR. 35 k - INR. 40 k. And, there will be an entrance exam for the admission.

There are around 20 to 25 colleges. I am listing a few:

Both the courses are totally different from each other, and there cannot be any comparison between the two. Both are good. It depends on what you like doing. If you are happy serving people and like help alleviate pain, then nursing is good for you. In majority of the colleges and universities in India, the BBA degree is awarded to the students once they complete the entire duration of the course successfully which is four years. The BBA is a full-time course and entails 120 credit hours in one or over one subject or field of business concentration.

There is no difference between them the new modern name for hotel management is hospitality management.
