Yes, you are eligible. In some college, you have entrance exam. If you pass, you can get. But,check out weather to leave B.Com course or discontinue.

There is an entrance exam JEE NCHMCT to take admission in Hotel management 3 year degree course.

You can go for any IHM, and it depends on you, how you maintain yourself. As per NCHMCT, you have a good rank, and so you can go for good IHM.
