Both the courses are totally different from each other, and there cannot be any comparison between the two. Both are good. It depends on what you like doing. If you are happy serving people and like help alleviate pain, then nursing is good for you. If you like business - whether it is working for a big company or starting your own enterprise, a BBA would be your cup of tea. Choose wisely, based on your personality, attitude and interest.

In majority of the colleges and universities in India, the BBA degree is awarded to the students once they complete the entire duration of the course successfully which is four years. The BBA is a full-time course and entails 120 credit hours in one or over one subject or field of business concentration.

You need to appear for NCHM JEE in order to get any of the central government institutes i.e IHMs. After the exams in one or one and a half months, the results will be introduced and you will have to appear in the counselling. There will be three rounds of counselling namely 1st, 2nd and the spot round. You will be allotted a seat on the basis of your rank and your locked choices. In mid-July, the courses will start in every government and NCHMCT affiliated Institutes (this year it's starting from 18th of July). For Admission in Private colleges, you need to appear for their entrance exams such as (STEP, e-chat e. t. c. )
