Both Age and present qualification are not on your side. However, first complete your 10th through NIOS and then you can do some Diploma in Hotel Management.

In India, there are very few colleges offering Masters in Hotel Management. You can try your luck at NCHMCT.
LBIIHM in Delhi also offers M.Sc in Hotel Administration & Hospitality. For this program, there is no written test, Only a personal Interview.

Technically 4 year course is offered by AICTE approved Institutes and 3 year by other UGC approved universities. Industry does not differentiate between 3 year and 4 year Program and students start their career at the same level. For higher education abroad, 4 year degree comes handy as they ask for 16 years of education before going for PG courses.
