In the second year, you have to complete your Industrial training in all the respective four departments and after that, you have to make a log book and a PPT in the respective department in which you have interest and after that, you have to come back to the college and there will be exam which will be used to know what you have learned in your industrial training.

As you have skipped NCHMCT exam, so you can apply for this degree in some private Hotel management college which takes direct admission or you can take admission in IIHM.

You can be a lecturer after completing degree in B.Sc. And hospitality management and after that, you have to pursue M.Sc. and after that, you have to take good experience of the hotel industry and then you have to apply for NHTET, which is conducted by NCHMCT and then you can be a lecturer in your interested field.
