Hotel management is a course in which you learn about all the operational as well as non operational departments of the hotel. Core subjects are:
Food production in this you'll learn about all cuisines an how to prepare them with perfection. Culinary Arts is a part of Hotel Management only. Culinary arts in other words is also known as Food Production. If you want to be a professional chef then pursuing a course in culinary arts will be better but if you want to keep other departments open also then you shall opt for a general hotel management programme. where you will be taught for all 4 departments Front Office, House Keeping, food & beverage service, and food production.

Uni-Hotel: The School also trains its students in the campus hotel named UniHotel of 25 rooms hosting national and international guests where students practice along with the staff.
Infrastructure: The School has five modern kitchens with two bakeries. All kitchens and bakeries are equipped to enable a student to perform scientifically and to attain their best of learning through the most modern gazettes. We have a few training restaurants to teach a student about the authentic serving style of food and beverage. We are equipped with one front office laboratory, two housekeeping laboratories, two computer laboratories with 60 computers, and a simulation laboratory for aviation.
