I have done BA in international hospitality and tourism management course at ITM IHM, Navi Mumbai is 3 years of duration program. The eligibility criteria is as under candidates who have passed 12th with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in arts, science or commerce stream+written and spoken fluency in English are eligible for this program. After submission of application forms, the shortlisted candidates will be called to write an entrance examination & undergo interviews which is the part of the selection process.
So, you can apply for this program if meeting the above eligibility criteria.

Yes, it is necessary to put up the course during the counseling process of NCHMCT JEE.

You can refer to any of the entrance exam books and practice lots of sample papers. Make sure you are giving appropriate time to each section.
