The five diploma courses are the core areas of food and beverage operations. It is open to 12th pass students of +2 system who must have studied English language as one of the subjects.
So, English language is must here, Hence you can not be eligible.

The NCHMCT does not disclose the marks obtained. However, opening and closing ranks will declare. The ranks below 425 in general category is good enough for IHM-Pusa.

It is a common IIHM eCHAT exams, as such there is no need to apply for Delhi campus. After you clear exams, there will be Group Discussion and Personal Interview that time you can mention your choice of campus. I would advise you call up IIHM-Delhi and get your doubts clear Date of exam is 15th May 2019 all over IIHM campus. Best wishes.

Yes, you are eligible and you can appear in NCHMCT-JEE-2019 exam. The eligibility criteria is as under. Eligibility :- A pass in 10+2 system of senior secondary examination or its equivalent with English as one of the subjects. Candidate must have passed English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional) in the qualifying examination. Those appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination can also appear in JEE 2019 on provisional basis. You can join a degree course in hotel management in any reputed government or a private college or you can also pursue a Diploma in culinary arts from any institute. You need to have cleared your 10+2 in order to be eligible.
