Hi,
Both of them have the same meaning. One national exam for the same is NCHMCT JEE exams, which is conducted by the central government. You will have a lot of value if you go through these exams, as it will help you fetch the right institution in the later date. Though, not all the institutions in India which have hotel management as a course come under NCHMCT JEE, there are colleges which accept direct admissions without Entrance exams.

Hi,Hotel Management according to the recent survey says has 77% of placements. In any other courses, the placements are not of to the same mark. Hotel Management is for students who are very passionate about Hospitality. People who choose just that they will get a job will end up quitting, because of the pressure in the industry. Jobs are numerous until you find the right choice for your future. I would suggest you to take the right decision. All the best.

Hi,
Doing Culinary Arts through Diploma or Craft Courses is suggested over BHM degree. You have many colleges in Bangalore over India providing you Diploma courses in Culinary Arts. It will help you specialize only in Culinary, and will help you grow. It is suggested for passionate chef to choose this. Later stage, you can go on to complete an MBA to have managerial skills to grow in the industry. MBA can be for working professionals so you can see a significant growth in your career.
