It is suggested to do Chef courses to specialise in cooking. You have many Diploma courses for the same. I suggest you to check the best one and make the right decision.

Varies from hotel to hotel. Some focuses on technicals, whereas others concentrate on your personality and management skills. It is always better to be prepared to face any type of questions that may be thrown at you. Ensure your basics are strong. Be confident and always keep a smile. You will ace the interview.

You can't be an executive chef with a PG certificate. I would suggest you to get into any Kitchen management trainee post with any prominent hotel group after your BHM. And after that plan your PG.

Score is never an issue for this. You can pursue hotel management course from any of the renowned college they provide better Placements opportunities. For this private colleges are better and choice of college will be entirely yours.

However English, General knowledge and aptitude will be the pattern of question you can expect.
