NCHMCT JEE is for Bachelor's degree in hotel management, sorry this exam is not particularly for Diploma in bakery and confectionery.

That is not true. I have also done Hotel Management and your face doesn't matter you should have a good skills about your department and good interpersonal skills (communication skills). In today's world, nobody cares how you look they look about your personality you carry when you walk and talk.
