Hi,
Hotel management is an undergraduate course and the age limit for general and OBC is 22 years. I would suggest you not to go for hotel management. After B.Com can do MBA in Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, and General Management etc.
You can also do MBA in Hotel Management from abroad.
If you are still interested in hotel management undergraduate course and you are 22 or below, it's your call.

Dear Pavani,
Yes, you can do 2 year Masters in Hotel Management after graduation. Though there are very few colleges for doing M.Sc in HM, you can either try in IHMs through NCHMCT or you can do in LBIIHM, Delhi.
Industry does not differentiate between a graduate in HM or a Masters in HM and normally you start your career at the same level. Masters option is for those who somehow missed the bus after class 12th.

You need to physically go to the Institute and take the admission. There is no entrance exam for Diploma in Food Production.

Hi,
Hotel Management is a very good career opportunity, if you are interested in Hospitality, Cooking and Beverages.
The most popular course in India in Hotel management is NCHMCT B.Sc Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHMs.
For Admission you need to first clear the NCHMCT Joint Entrance Exam.
