Yes, you can do hotel management if your age is not beyond the age limit.
As you are a graduate, I would suggest you to pursue MBA in hotel management from abroad as this will save your 3 years and provide you a better prospect.

Hi, well it used to be a PGDM course but for past few years it is converted to a full-time 2 years Masters in Tourism & Travel. Talking about the merits I would say its more about the interest one has in tourism and its related fields. Tourism trends are changing with ample of opportunities in the field but with a tuff fight in the industry. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Dear Adarsh,
Your question is not clear. BHM degree cannot be of 1 year. However, let me assume that you have a BHM degree. To work in a 5 Star hotel, more than a degree, they look at your attitude, aptitude and communication skills. If you are interested in working in the Kitchen then they will go for a "trade test".

Christ does not consider PGCET scores. In order to get into Christ an average written and oral communication skills will do. You will have to concentrate on content as well as how to present a few sentences on the topics they will provide before the start of admission process. These topics will be available on the Christ University website.
