Specifically, in food and beverage, there is no degree programme but some IHMs offer Diploma programme in food and beverage. If you are interested in food and beverage, you can pursue hotel management and later join food and beverage department of a hotel as a management trainee.

Listed below are the minimum criteria which candidates interested in pursuing the course are required to fulfil, in order to be eligible to apply for the course:
Successful qualification of the 10+2 level of education in any stream, from a recognised educational Board. A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the 10+2 level. Regards.

1) Successful qualification of the 10+2 level of education in any stream, from a recognised educational Board.
2) A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the 10+2 level. Based on this criteria, you may not be eligible for admission in hotel management courses, as you would be required to complete class 12 exams. Regards.
