Eligibility for Diploma in Hotel Management:
Successful qualification of the 10+2 level of education in any stream, from a recognised educational Board. A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the 10+2 level. Diploma in Hotel Management: Admission Process

By clearing NCHMCT JEE 2018, candidates can secure admission in 21 Central Institutes of Hotel Management, 22 State Government Institutes of Hotel Management, one Public Sector Undertaking and 14 Private Institutes of Hotel Management affiliated with NCHMCT. You won't get a job directly as a chef, rather you would have to pursue a course from one of these institutes, and on completion you can start applying for jobs. Regards.
