NCERT books are helpful but not enough to cover the entire NCHMCT JEE syllabus. While they are useful for Mathematics (Numerical Ability) and General Knowledge, you will need additional books for English, Reasoning, and Service Aptitude to score well.
NCERT Class 9 & 10 Maths is useful for basic concepts like percentages, profit-loss, time-speed-distance, algebra, and number system. However, for advanced practice, you should refer to RS Aggarwal's Quantitative Aptitude or Arihant's Mathematics for Hotel Management. NCERT Social Science (Class 6-10) helps with static GK topics like history, geography, and polity.
