I don't think there is any entrance exam for Diploma course in bakery and confectionery. The selection is made on the basis of marks obtained in class 12th. For more you can go through the following link:-

The average course fee is approximately between Rs. 1.5- 2.5 lakhs per year based on the figures compiled from various colleges around India. However, the most popular and the best MBA aviation management colleges in Bangalore predictably charge more than Rs. 3.5 lakhs.
The total fees for the two-year course could come to around 5-8 lakhs taking into account all factors such as tuition fees, study material, accommodation, transport and other additional expenditure.

Hi Shrawani,
B.Sc and BHM both are certified degree courses in hotel management, the major difference between both the courses is that BHM is of 4 years and B.Sc in hotel management is of 3 years. Both the courses will have same study, it is just that you will be given some more industrial training exposure depending upon the criteria of the university.
