Hotel Management

Institute of Hotel Management offers undergraduate B.Sc-HHA and following Diploma courses in Food production, Food & Beverage, Bakery & Confectionary, Front office operation and House keeping operation. The admission in B.Sc-HHA are done through the NCHMCT JEE National level entrance test). The eligibility criteria is 12th with English. While admission in Diploma courses are done by the concerned institutes through the advertisement in leading news papers released during the month of June each year and selection made through a transparent selection process. So after completion of 12th you can take admission in above courses through the entrance test or any other selection criteria.

Various Undergraduate and Diploma courses are offered by different colleges and institutions, but among all of them few important courses are as under.
1. B.Sc-Hospitality & Hotel Administration (B.Sc-HHA) :- This course is offered by various IHMs located in India. Admission in this course is done on the basis of NCHM-JEE (Entrance test). The eligibility criteria is 12th with English. IHM-Pusa Delhi, IHM-Mumbai and IHM Bangalore are the top institutions for this course.
2. The International Institute of Hotel Management offers the following programs as under :-
A) Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Administration (3 years full time course)
B) Advanced Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Administration (3 years full time course)
C) B.Sc. In Hospitality and Tourism Studies from YCMOU (Pune Campus Only)
Admission in above courses are done through the E-CHAT (Entrance test) followed by Group Discussion & Personal Interview. The eligibility criteria for these courses is 12th with English. IIHM have the following campuses located at different locations in India as Kolkata, Jaipur, Pune, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Bangkok.
