Well, you could choose to do a Diploma/ certificate course or a Bachelors in hotel management. From thereon, gather good work experience and then if you intend to take up Masters, MBA in general management or a core specialisation in hotel management/tourism/hospitality management is possible. So, yes it is Diploma/Bachelor/post graduate degree.

Yes, it is indeed a very good college with great track record. Do check the eligibility in terms of 10+2 cut off, entrance exam preparation - written followed by interview/group discussion and deadlines for each of the factors.

Firstly gather experience - a few years post the degree. Work experience and good recommendations where you have worked is very important. HRM is not the richest, but has fame, recognition and respect and responsibility (Godly feeling). Marketing is dependent upon us, if we make as our routine or part of our life, then definitely it's the most the richest sector (M for Marketing = Money). While tourism is risky, with the advance in technology people are always looking for convenient and comfort (so if you're not up to the mark, you'll sink like Titanic).
