Please note that all NCHMCT institutes accept the current year ranks only for UG programs because your rank have already expired in year 2017. So, you can't get admission in any IHMs. However, few private institutes are giving the admissions for students who missed their NCHMCT JEE-2018. Please check NCHMCT website for details.

Both of them are hospitality jobs. It should be decided by him depending on his interests and goals. Cabin Crew job shall give him a chance to travel across the globe and explore new cultures. Where in hotel jobs he shall have chance to work in world class hotels and meet entities from all across the globe. Both are good but choice should be made wisely. I would have chosen the career of cabin crew for someone known to me !

I believe, you should go in IHM-Faridabad, because placements over there are better than any other institutes.
