If your prior degree was not recognised by UGC studying abroad could be challenging. Get your degree evaluated by WES. Get in touch with the universities and check out specific processes. Also, it's important you know your career plans and explain to the universities accordingly.

SRM has got two programs for Hotel Management. One from NCHMCT, admission will be closed. Second is the program of SRM University, which may be open.

Food Production in other words Culinary Arts helps you to take up the course in cooking and it will help you to become a chef. Yes, you will get admissions for Diploma in Culinary Arts.

It's a very good field. For taking admission for the course, there are examination taking place in levels as:-
national level, state level, and some private hotel exams.
NCHM JEE, IIHM, AIMA are few national level exams,
state level:- WBJEE, MHCET, etc.
Private exams :- Oberoi step, IHM, Aurangabad, etc.
