Normally, such brands don't take candidates without BHM degree but if you have exceptional abilities and skills, they may hire you at a very basic, entry level and then you can grow with your performances. To get that entry will not be easy. It will require lots of persuasions and chasing.

Hotel management is a very good course and is in great demand. Although, the career growth is very tough and needs lot of hard work but as per the salary package and other benefits, it is a good course.

To do a career-oriented Hotel Management course, you should be minimum 10+2 pass, so please complete your 12th first. If any compulsion for which you are not able to study beyond 10th then you can do Diploma after 10th. You can make a beginning in Hotel Management with Diploma but proper career planning, 10 +2 and a Degree in HM is MUST.
