Hi,
As you have completed class 12th, I would suggest that you do a 3-year degree in Hotel Management rather than doing a Diploma in Culinary arts. In 3 years degree programme you will learn both cooking and management and later you can decide in which field you want to work.
The various exams you need to take for getting admission in hotel management institutes are:
NCHHCT JEE (IHMs)
OCLD
IIHM
Culinary academy of India, Hyderabad
All the best.

Hi Kamal,
It will be difficult for a science student to apply for the hospitality course, especially, in Canada. Also, 58% is not a good score to apply to Canadian colleges. Apply for colleges in Australia or New Zealand.

There are no universities in India providing Masters in Culinary Arts, though there are many degree, Diploma and craft courses in culinary arts.
