Hi,
Yes if you will work in any hotel than you will have to work in night sift also but now a days mostly hotels & all the sector trying to release their female employees till 8pm.
and it is also depends on hotels norms.

Food production, as the name suggests, is about making/preparing food, and has three sections:

For hotel ,catering and Culinary industry distance mode of education is not advisible. You have to go for a regular full time classroom course as you need to learn lot of technical skills. So distance mode certificated will not help much in getting a good job.
