Well all three careers are way different from each other hence it is unfair to compare them with each other. For your understanding I am giving you the career prospects of each career individually.
Biotechnology
Biotechnology assimilates in itself a number of disciplines. Further, there is a great demand for biotechnical experts in countless industries and sectors.
Career opportunities for students in biotechnology abound. Those specialising in different sub-disciplines of this field can easily find jobs in both private and government sector undertakings. If you have acquired a post-graduate degree in biotechnology then you can easily find a suitable position in a number of industries.
Major recruiters include industries engaged in processing and developing agricultural and biological products, bio-processing industries, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. There are ample opportunities in industries producing healthcare products, textile industry, cosmetics and organisations engaged in different types of industrial research and development.
Biomedical Sciences
umerous opportunities exist for students pursuing a course in biomedical sciences in India. It is a vast, happening subject with great opportunities for laboratory work, management, research, education, and consultancy. Once you become qualified in the subject, you can work in the private sector or in the various national healthcare laboratories. Those who don't find themselves suitable for standard hospital careers may opt for health protection agencies, or work in forensic science departments and help catch a suspect perhaps! Attach yourself to international healthcare projects, go for voluntary work, get involved with product manufacturers, pharmaceutical industries, or veterinary services.
Hotel Management
Hotel management like any other sector is subject to the state of national economy and global economy. When the economy is doing well jobs come a lot in the sector. Currently there are more than 2.40 million people working in hotel, catering and allied industry in India and the number is going to increase in next couple of years as new hotels are coming up in large numbers in urban and semi-urban areas. Trained hotel management professionals would have privilege over untrained graduates as hotels are not willing invest in training of recruits rather prefer trained ones.

Yes it is possible for you to switch over to hotel management field. It is always advisable to pursue a course which interests you. Also you will be able to excel in your career only if you have the required skills in the field chosen.
There are courses like Post Graduate Diploma in Accommodation Operations & Management offered by IHM Pusa, Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management course in ann Institute of Hotel Management for which you are eligible to apply after graduation. You can also pursue MBA course in travel and hospitality management for better career prospects.

Mba will help you to establish your own business in hotel industries.
Or you can also opt to work full time and get work experience and pursue your MBA simultaneously from distance education. Many good institutes have a distance education program. Few of them are:
