Commercial catering means prepared cooking dishes easily provided by any professional service, to make easy arrangement for consumer. This system frequently better works for marriage ceremony or other gathering on reasonable rate, supply and provision of fast food and related cooking dishes are made sure by commercial catering service.

Although colledges offering only vegetarian degree courses are rare, however few colleges have multiple option in culinary that may opt for that would avoid use of Non veg.

All the above courses are more or less has same scope. The opening when advertised in most cases either of the degree holder can apply. But as the matter of precise scope & general designation of degree BHMCT has better preference over other courses.

It depends on where you wish to see yourself after the completion of the course, your attitude towards social status and recognition, pay and perks offered and your level of satisfaction. Any way there are more restaurants in this world than airports. Air port Management is sector specific and opportunities exist in airports. But there are big hotels in almost all cities.

You do not need to be excellent at mathematics to work in the hospitality industry.
To pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel /Hospitality management you need to be 12th pass from any stream, the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from institute to institute.
